Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle inbound/outbound voice calls) queries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer support. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries through voice (inbound/outbound) channels. Resolve product/service-related issues with professionalism and accuracy. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. Update customer records and maintain accurate data in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal departments for complex issue resolution. Requirements: Good communication skills in English and Hindi (other languages are a plus). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Typing). Ability to multitask and handle pressure. Prior experience in voice/blended process is preferred but not mandatory. Positive attitude and team spirit. Minimum Qualification: Graduate.
