We are hiring a Telecaller to handle incoming and outgoing calls, follow up on leads, and manage client appointment bookings through our clinic management software.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year experience in telecalling or a related customer-facing role.
Good communication skills, a pleasant attitude, and basic computer knowledge are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Call prospective clients from lead databases and online inquiries Explain services, offers, and treatment packages professionally Book appointments using clinic software and confirm schedules with clients Follow up with leads who haven't booked appointments Maintain and update call logs and follow-up trackers Coordinate with the front desk and clinical team for daily schedules
