Job Description

As a Customer Care Executive at our company located in Kochi, Kerala, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats. Your key responsibilities will include resolving customer queries related to products or services, providing accurate information and timely solutions, and maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers. You will also be required to record and document customer interactions and transactions, as well as follow up with customers when necessary to ensure resolution. To excel in this role, you must possess fluency in English, Malayalam, Tamil, or Hindi. While a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service is preferred, freshers can also apply. Good interpersonal and communication skills, basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software), and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Additionally, you should be willing to work in shifts if required.
