Job Description

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls for payment collections and follow-ups.
Handle sales lead calls, qualify prospects, and pass leads to the sales team.
Coordinate and arrange site visits with customers and sales staff.
Maintain call logs, update CRM/Excel sheets, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Resolve customer queries and provide basic support.

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
Experience in collections, telesales, or customer service preferred.
Strong follow-up skills and target-oriented mindset.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM).

Location: Sohna, Gurgaon,Haryana

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
