Key Responsibilities •
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat and email.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and providing the best solution.
• Follow up on customer interactions to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (e.g., response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction scores).
Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• 02 years of experience in customer support (chat/email support preferred).
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Strong typing speed and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Empathetic, patient, and able to handle stressful situations calmly.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems and support tools
