Customer Care Executive

To excel in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred), prior experience in customer service or sales, excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English, strong problem-solving abilities, effective time management skills, keen attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to handle customer reward programs will be beneficial.
