Job Title: Team Lead – Customer Support (Immediate Requirement) Location: Karnataka Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1+ years preferred in a customer-facing role Salary: As per industry standards Working Hours: 9-6 Job Description: We are looking for a Team Lead – Customer Support to handle all client calls across our branches. This is an immediate requirement and a critical position to ensure smooth client communication and service. The selected candidate will receive direct training from the General Manager (GM) on how to engage with clients according to company's communication standards . Key Responsibilities: Attend and manage incoming calls from clients across all branches Ensure courteous, professional, and brand-aligned communication at all times Understand client concerns and ensure timely resolution or escalation Collaborate with internal departments to solve client issues efficiently Maintain records of client interactions and prepare call reports Supervise and support junior support staff if applicable Uphold Manithali’s values and tone in every customer interaction Requirements: Prior experience in customer support or front-line communication Strong verbal communication skills Required languages, e.g., Kannada ,English etc.] Ability to handle pressure and multitask Willingness to be trained directly by GM for communication protocol Basic computer skills and experience with CRM or call-handling software is a plus Leadership attitude with a customer-first mindset What We Offer: Immediate joining Direct mentorship from the GM Growth opportunities in customer service leadership Dynamic and collaborative work environment To Apply: Submit your updated resume through Indeed or email it at afthab@bramma.in.
