NextRoute Freight LLP is hiring Customer Care Executives / Telecallers to manage U.S.-based client communications from the comfort of your home. This role includes inbound/outbound calling, customer interaction, and coordination tasks. Good spoken English and basic computer skills are mandatory.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Handle international calls and assist U.S. clients

Maintain call logs, update records in Excel/Word/Gmail

Communicate confidently with clients from various backgrounds

Offer professional service and resolve client issues

Adjust tone and language based on English/Hindi usage and culture

Manage time effectively during high-volume hours

Basic negotiation and objection handling during calls

Training Provided:

Selected candidates will receive 1 week of online training, which includes:

U.S. freight process and call handling

Spoken communication skills

Tools usage: Excel, Gmail, call sheets

Negotiation techniques and mock call practice

Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

English (Fluent – Mandatory)

Night Shift (U.S. Time Zone)

Fixed shift (with rotational weekends)

Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
