About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Care Executive (CCE) to join our support team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide a seamless customer experience across communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound customer interactions in a professional manner.
• Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or live chat.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.
• Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, system updates, and company procedures.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service.
• Freshers are also welcomed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other support tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Fluency in English.

Work Conditions

• Rotational shifts, including weekends or holidays, may be required.
• Office-based.
