Job Description: Customer Care Executive Department : Customer Support Location : Nexgen bps, Weble IT Park, Taratala Employment Type : Full-time About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Care Executive (CCE) to join our support team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide a seamless customer experience across communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities Handle outbound customer interactions in a professional manner. Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or live chat. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources. Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, system updates, and company procedures. Key Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service. Freshers are also welcomed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in using CRM systems and other support tools. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus. Fluency in English. Work Conditions Rotational shifts, including weekends or holidays, may be required. Office-based.
