We are looking for a polite, smart, and dedicated Female Customer Care Executive to join our TripzyCab team. The role involves handling cab bookings, assisting customers with queries, and ensuring smooth communication between drivers and clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming cab booking calls and messages. Coordinate with drivers and vendors for timely pickups & drops. Maintain booking records and daily reports. Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information. Ensure excellent customer service experience at all times. Requirements:Female candidate preferred. Good communication skills in Hindi & English (Punjabi will be a plus). Basic computer knowledge and ability to use mobile apps. Previous experience in customer service / call center / travel desk preferred but not mandatory. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
