Job Description

We are looking for a polite, smart, and dedicated Female Customer Care Executive to join our TripzyCab team. The role involves handling cab bookings, assisting customers with queries, and ensuring smooth communication between drivers and clients.

  • Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming cab booking calls and messages.
  • Coordinate with drivers and vendors for timely pickups & drops.
  • Maintain booking records and daily reports.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information.
  • Ensure excellent customer service experience at all times.
  • Requirements:Female candidate preferred.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi & English (Punjabi will be a plus).
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to use mobile apps.
  • Previous experience in customer service / call center / travel desk preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
