Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Customer Relationship & Lead Management Executive to handle customer communication, manage leads, assist in documentation, and support end-to-end loan processing. The role requires strong communication, follow-up skills, and coordination with customers, banks, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries
  • Contact and follow up on leads from digital marketing, referrals, and internal sources
  • Maintain lead and call reports in Google Sheets/Excel
  • Share qualified leads with relevant teams
  • Assist in customer onboarding, documentation, and profiling
  • Upload and manage customer documents on Google Drive and Profit Centre
  • Support loan processing, bank coordination, and customer updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams, legal officers, and banks for case progress

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
