  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required
  • Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and turnaround time

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum

    1 year of experience

    in BPO / Customer Support
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Willingness to work in shifts, if required
