Marketing and Sales Manager: Job Overview: We are seeking a talented Sales admins to join our team for sales of different products (vedagram and our other brands. ) The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing strategic marketing and sales plans to drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and increase revenue. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of market trends in the wellness, beauty, and fashion industries. Key Responsibilities: Implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to promote our products and services. Collaborate with the product development team to ensure marketing efforts align with product launches and updates. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to maximize sales potential. Lead with the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals. Develop and maintain a strong brand presence in the market. Prepare and present regular reports on performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing and sales efforts.. Address customer feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all touchpoints.
