Ayurvedic Medical Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring they are informed about the latest advancements and benefits of our offerings. Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients about our medical products.
• Manage accounts effectively by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
• Track sales performance metrics and report on progress towards targets.
• Attend industry conferences and events to network and stay updated on market trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical sales or medical sales is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• A background in customer service is a plus, showcasing your commitment to client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with account management practices in a sales environment is beneficial.
• A degree in a relevant field such as life sciences or business is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
