Job Description

Customer Support Executive (Voice/Chat)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries related to bookings, cancellations & refunds
  • Assist customers via calls/chats professionally
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines

Eligibility:

  • Graduate / Undergraduate – both can apply
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts
  • Freshers & experienced candidates welcome

Salary & Location:

  • ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month
  • Night shift allowance provided
  • No night shift for female candidates
  • Udyog Vihar Phase 2, Gurugram

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
