Customer Care Executive

JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE The Customer Service Executive plays a pivotal role in providing exemplary assistance to customers concerning company services. This position entails proficient communication with customers via phone or email and the formulation of innovative problem-solving strategies. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Attending to customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with attentiveness and professionalism. 2. Conducting thorough reviews of customer accounts and transactions to resolve issues promptly. 3. Engaging with customers through various channels such as email, chat, or telephone. 4. Efficiently processing orders, computing charges, and managing payments. 5. Monitoring and assessing customer satisfaction levels to ensure optimal service delivery. 6. Referring complex customer issues to higher authorities as needed. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Proficiency in basic computer applications including MS Word, Excel, internet navigation, and email correspondence. 2. Minimum qualification required: Graduation 3. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, encompassing both verbal and written forms. 4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 5. Demonstrated proficiency in time management, prioritization, and multitasking. 6. Collaborative mindset with the capability to work effectively in a team environment. 7. Comprehensive understanding of the company’s range of services.
