Job Requirements Role/Job Title: Associate Relationship Officer Function/Department: Rural Banking Job Purpose The role entails deepening relationships with Rural Banking accounts and ensuring best in-class service to the customers. The role bearer has a responsibility to support Relationship Manager in identifying Business owners / entrepreneurs in the defined catchment and assessing their business loan needs. Maintain high collections efficiency through discipline and drive. Monitor preparation of accurate documentation of loans and saving account. Coordinate with operations officer to ensure timely and accurate data entry. Ensure compliance as per the bank requirements. Conduct field audits and customer verifications to ensure high quality of accounts. Maintain knowledge on all bank products, credit standards, services and trends and provide efficient customer services. Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network. Provide support for implementation of livelihood advancement and community development initiatives. Education Qualification Graduation: BA / BCom / BSc / BBA / BCA / BE / BTech or any other graduate.
