Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle customer interactions via inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails. Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Assist customers with order tracking, return/refund processes, payment issues, and other concerns. Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments in a timely manner. Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Meet performance targets for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Key Skills & Requirements: Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred. Experience: 0–2 years in customer service (Freshers welcome). Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication in English; fluency in ( Hindi ) or other regional languages is a plus. Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge, typing speed, and familiarity with CRM systems preferred. Soft Skills: Patience, empathy, problem-solving attitude, ability to handle pressure.
