Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary. Identify and suggest improvements to processes and customer service practices. Requirements and Skills:High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Team player with a proactive attitude.
