Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Jaipur. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering top-notch customer service. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer relationships. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and contributing to sales initiatives.

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Basic Sales skills
