Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Customer care executive to handle daily computer-related tasks and assist in customer engagement activities. The role requires basic office operations, Excel work, and occasional field tasks like capturing customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic computer operations and data entry
  • Handle Excel-based tasks, including maintaining records and preparing simple reports
  • Support day-to-day office operations
  • Assist in collecting customer feedback and reviews
  • Occasionally handle video shooting for customer testimonials
  • Maintain proper documentation and digital records
  • Coordinate with team members for service-related tasks

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Comfortable with typing and basic formatting
  • Able to handle simple video recordings using mobile or basic tools
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
