Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Female Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers for problem solving. Candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as managing customer inquiries through chat processes.

Experience: Freshers to 2 Years (Female Candidates)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and chat inquiries.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding our services.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Yearly bonus

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Hindi (Required)
