Job Overview :

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our team in Manjeri. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in telecalling or customer support, but freshers with strong communication skills and enthusiasm are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns promptly.
• Maintain call records and update customer information in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship building.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

Experience : Minimum 2 years in telecalling/customer care preferred (Freshers can also apply).

Qualification : Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree.

Language Skills : Malayalam & English

Preferred : Hindi, Tamil, Kannada

• And also preferred Electronics and home appliance experiance
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Open to both male and female candidates.
• Must be willing to work from the Manjeri location. Looking nearest candidates.
