Job Description
1. Product Listing Job on e-commerce portal.
2. Respond to customer emails within time limit to resolve problems such as wrong item posted, delivery related issues, replacement, and refunds.
3. Co-ordinating with dispatch team for processing orders
4. Review order reports from ecommerce portals and check despatch date to avoid late shipments
5. Label printing job
6. Item lost and damaged claim with shipping companies
7. Follow up with shipping companies for delivery disputes, item lost queries.
8. Account statement and Invoicing for local buyers.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
