Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats with a focus on resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
  • Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints.
  • Meet performance targets set for first call resolution rate, handle time, and quality scores.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in BPO voice process or similar industry (inbound voice process).
  • Strong communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
  • Ability to work rotational shifts including weekends off.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
