Were Hiring Customer care executive/Team Lead

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 49

Work Mode: 100% Work from Office (Rotational Shifts)

Shift: 24/7 Business Environment | Rotational Weekly Offs

Key Responsibilities

Execute daily control room operations as directed by the National Control Room Manager.

Maintain and update systems manage subcontractor reports, emails, and emergency coverage.

Communicate effectively with clients, operations teams, and employees.

Investigate and report discrepancies and incidents promptly.

Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Provide customer service and front desk support during non-business hours.

Support project work while maintaining professional standards, including punctuality and presentation.

Follow health & safety procedures and pursue continuous skill development.

Collaborate with team members to ensure quality standards and performance are met.

Manage and monitor day-to-day team activities and performance.

Conduct regular connects, performance management, and handle employee requests within project deadlines.

Interact with clients daily via phone and email.

Resolve Talent Acquisition-related issues, coordinate with delivery teams, and maintain accurate documentation.

Analyze data and presentations for weekly and monthly business reviews.

Ensure 100% adherence to SLAs, deadlines, and reporting accuracy.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 28years (preferably in Control/Command Room or BPO/KPO/BPM environment).

Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills; familiarity with UK accent and cultural nuances.

Preferred: Trained in UK communication style and etiquette.

Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Attention to detail and high accuracy in reporting.

Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office tools.

Proactive, self-driven, and open to extended or rotational shift coverage.
