Share quotations, track orders, and provide regular updates Coordinate with logistics, sales, and accounts teams Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads Assist in documentation (invoice, dispatch) Skills Required: Strong communication (English) Basic rice product and packaging knowledge. Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, CRM tools Time management and problem-solving Graduate (BBA/B.Com preferred) 1–3 years' experience in customer service
