Customer Service Executives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to incoming/outgoing customer calls and resolve their concerns
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic tone at all times
  • Record call details and update internal systems
  • Follow standard scripts and procedures to handle common issues
  • Coordinate with other departments to escalate and close cases if required
  • Achieve individual quality and performance targets

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Comfortable with

    rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs

  • Freshers are welcome; BPO or customer service experience is an advantage
