Customer Care Associate

Title: Customer Service Associate Location: Mall De Goa Department: Customer Service / Front-End Operations Reports To: Store Manager / Department Manager Job Summary: The Customer Service Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by assisting shoppers, resolving complaints, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries, product location, and general support. Handle customer complaints and returns professionally and efficiently. Operate cash registers, process payments, and issue receipts accurately. Maintain knowledge of store products, promotions, and policies. Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed neatly. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies. Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Follow all safety, security, and operational procedures. Qualifications: High school / 12th Passed or equivalent. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math and computer skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
