Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Associate, located in Ahmedabad. The Customer Care Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The associate will also be involved in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality and collaborate with various departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus or fresher can also apply
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred or 12th pass will be also considered
