Job Description

You will be responsible for providing Level 2 Escalation Desk Support in Indore. Your role will involve handling customer escalations and providing support related to Customer Handling, Sales, Business Development, and US Staffing. Key Responsibilities: - Address Level 2 escalations promptly and effectively - Handle customer queries and concerns in a professional manner - Collaborate with the team to resolve complex issues - Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 months to 1+ year of experience in Voice Process - Eligibility criteria include being 12th pass & above - Proficiency in English and Hindi languages - Willingness to work in rotational shifts, mostly day shifts As an added benefit, if you are a relocating candidate, you will receive: - Relocation Bonus of 10,000 - Free Accommodation for 14 days with breakfast provided - Travel Assistance covering train tickets Please note that the work schedule is 5 days a week, and the job type is full-time and permanent.
