Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network problems using tools like CCNA, Network Support, Routing, Switching, Firewall, Router, Networking, Network Troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in a timely manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
  • Strong understanding of LAN/WLAN protocols (CCNA) and IP protocols (IP).
  • Proficiency in switching configuration (VLAN Configuration) and router configuration.
  • Excellent communicational skills with ability to communicate effectively with customers.
