Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat for network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network problems using tools like CCNA, Network Support, Routing, Switching, Firewall, Router, Networking, Network Troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions.
Document customer interactions and resolutions in a timely manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-2 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
Strong understanding of LAN/WLAN protocols (CCNA) and IP protocols (IP).
Proficiency in switching configuration (VLAN Configuration) and router configuration.
Excellent communicational skills with ability to communicate effectively with customers.
