Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction:

Respond to customer inquiries via voice calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.

Service Quality:

Adhere to service level agreements and maintain compliance with process guidelines.
Ensure clarity in communication and follow globally accepted telephone etiquette.

Problem Resolution:

Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems.
Update customer profiles and ensure data integrity.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
Graduate in any stream.

Experience:
Minimum 6 months in International BPO or customer service.
Exposure to voice-based processes is an advantage

Skills:
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Good listening and speaking skills; neutral accent preferred.
Ability to work in late evening, early morning, and night shifts (24x7 environment).
