Role & Responsibilities

• Identify leads with potential opportunities and connect them with the manager for further closures.
• Present consultative sales pitches to promote FashionTV’s Licensing & Franchise campaigns.
• Engage prospective customers, explain franchise opportunities, and transfer interested clients to managers.
• Ensure accurate tagging and updates of every interaction in CRM tools.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation and convincing skills during conversations.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Contribute to team success and process improvements.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO / Inside Sales / Business Development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong persuasion skills with confident cold-calling ability.
• Proficiency in CRM and dialler.
• Target-driven mindset with ability to manage high-volume calls.
