Customer Advisor

As a Customer Advisor, your role primarily involves addressing customer inquiries related to orders and general website queries. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, initiating outbound calls to address customer complaints, and corresponding with customers via telephone and email. Communication with customers in their preferred language and accurate documentation of all interactions in the CRM system are crucial aspects of this role. Familiarizing yourself with the company's FAQ handbook will enable you to efficiently resolve customer queries. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to inbound calls and make outbound calls to follow up on customer complaints - Correspond with current and potential customers through telephone and email - Record personal information and update customer records - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and following company guidelines - Maintain a courteous and calm demeanor to de-escalate stressful situations Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role - Graduate qualification - Fast typing speed and ability to navigate multiple desktop windows efficiently - Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form Please note that the job is based in Nagpur and falls under the Call Centre department.
