Role Overview We are looking for a Customer Advisor to manage daily leads and customer queries for Petipac. The role includes handling IndiaMART inquiries and Instagram leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and converting potential customers. Key Responsibilities  Manage and respond to IndiaMART inquiries  Handle Instagram DM leads and comments  Follow up with customers and share product details, pricing, and samples  Coordinate with the sales team for client visits and order updates  Maintain a basic lead tracker for daily reporting Requirements  Good communication skills (English & Hindi)  Ability to handle customers politely and professionally  Freshers can apply Working Hours 09.30 AM – 06.30 PM (Monday to Saturday) Salary Range ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives (performance-based) Work Location Marol, Andheri East, Petipac – Aditi Enterprises.
