Job Title: Customer Advisor (Blended Process) Location: Gurgaon Working Days : 5.5 Days/Week Experience: 15 years (customizable based on requirement) Shift Timings - Rotational Shift (Night Or Day) About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. This is a blended role (voice + non-voice) that requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a strong customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate will be stable, dependable, and enthusiastic about enhancing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and concerns via calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information regarding our products and services to customers. Log and maintain customer interactions and issues using the CRM tool. Resolve product or service-related problems by clarifying complaints, determining root causes, and following up to ensure resolution. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (brands/corporates) to ensure smooth execution of events or activations. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong command over English (both written and verbal). Prior experience in customer support (voice/non-voice) preferred. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus. Graduation in any stream.
