International Voice Process - Customer Support

Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process (Customer Support)

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from US customers regarding credit-card-related queries, transactions, limits, billing, and account issues.
Provide accurate information, troubleshoot concerns, and offer effective solutions, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and quality guidelines.
Document customer interactions in the system with accurate details.
Work with cross-functional teams when escalation or follow-up is required.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent
English communication skills
(neutral or US accent preferred).
Strong customer service orientation with active listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work on night shifts and manage high-volume customer calls.
Basic computer skills with the ability to multitask across tools and systems.
Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure.
