Job Summary:

Technical Support International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities:

Handle calls from customers to resolve technical queries and issues.
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues to higher support levels when necessary.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and process guidelines.
Strive to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction with every interaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:
Any Graduate
Experience:
Minimum 1 years in International Voice / Technical Support process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Willingness to work in 5 days of work and 2 days rotational week off.
