Role & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for international (US) customers.
Resolve customer queries with efficiency and professionalism.
Provide accurate information and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions in the system.
Meet quality, accuracy, and productivity targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
1 year of experience
in an
International Voice Process
(US/UK preferred).
Excellent English communication skills
(both verbal and written).
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in
night shifts (US shift)
.
Graduates and Undergraduates
both can apply.
Comfortable with
rotational week-offs (5 days working, 2 days off)
.
