Customer Advisor

As a Customer Advisor at our company located in Nungambakkam, Chennai, you will be responsible for providing customer support during the rotational shift hours of 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with 6 working days a week and a rotational week-off schedule. Your minimum requirement is 1 year of experience in customer support, however, freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support services - Communicate effectively in English, fluency is a must - Proficiency in English and one regional language such as Telugu or Kannada is required - Handle customer queries and issues promptly and professionally Qualifications Required: - Freshers are welcome to apply - Education qualifications are not specified - Good communication skills in English and one regional language - Ability to work full-time and on a permanent basis - Maximum take-home salary of 18500 based on experience and language proficiency Please note that immediate joiners will be given preference for this full-time, permanent position.
