customer support / international voice process

skills (neutral or near-neutral accent preferred).
Strong listening skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
Ability to work in
US night shifts

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for US customers in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to process quality metrics.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
