Customer Acquisition Specialist

As a Sales professional, your role involves acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and selling Demat Accounts. Your key responsibilities include: - Responsible for new client acquisition and deepening relationships with existing clients - Sell Demat Accounts by convincing customers over the phone - Complete end-to-end KYC account opening formalities - Manage client relations post acquisition - Generate references from existing clients - Achieve monthly targets set by the organization - Provide regular updates to your immediate superior To excel in this role, you should have: - Good communication (spoken and written) & presentation skills in English and Hindi - Basic knowledge of Financial Markets/Products - Self-starter, proactive, and target-oriented mindset - Strong networking and relationship building skills This position requires 1-2 years of experience and a graduate/post-graduate qualification.
