As a Customer Support representative in our team based in Indore, you will be responsible for updating clients regarding orders and trades on a recorded line during market hours. Your primary goal will be to maintain a 0% error rate in dealing and execute trades on behalf of clients efficiently. Additionally, you will be expected to provide excellent customer support by addressing client queries related to software, trades, positions, funds, market movements, and more. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of one year of working experience on ODIN. Knowledge of financial markets and products is essential to perform effectively. Strong communication skills are a must, as you will be required to communicate with clients in English. Proficiency in computer typing is also a necessary skill for this position.,
