Customer Acquisition Executive

You will be working in a dynamic and fast-growing tech-driven company, Zoopup Technologies Pvt. Ltd., located in Lucknow. Zoopup is committed to redefining business communication and support solutions through innovation, efficiency, and meaningful customer engagement. As a Sales Professional at Zoopup, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through calls, emails, and chats to pitch Zoopup's services and solutions. Your role will involve understanding client requirements, generating and qualifying leads, managing sales pipelines using CRM tools, maintaining follow-up schedules, and effectively closing deals. Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs, providing post-sale support, and ensuring client satisfaction will be crucial aspects of your job. Collaboration with internal teams for seamless onboarding and delivery will also be required. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an English BPO (Sales/Customer Support/Lead Generation) and at least 2 years of experience in Sales and marketing. Strong spoken and written English communication skills, interpersonal skills, persuasive abilities, and the capacity to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus, and graduation is preferred.
