Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Sales Professional with prior experience in sales and marketing with English-speaking BPO. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, an understanding of customer needs, and the ability to drive conversions through persuasive interaction and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and chats to pitch Zoopup’s services and solutions.
• Understand client requirements and present tailored offerings.
• Generate and qualify leads and manage sales pipelines using CRM tools.
• Maintain follow-up schedules and close deals effectively.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide post-sale support and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an English BPO (Sales/Customer Support/Lead Generation).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and marketing.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Graduation preferred.
