Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving new business development, generating leads, managing accounts, and facilitating effective communication between clients and the company. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, maintaining current accounts, and developing strategies to grow the business.

Qualifications

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Strong Business and Account Management skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to develop strategies and manage client relationships
• Relevant experience in business development and account management is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• A proven track record in a similar role is an advantage
