Project Role :Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description :Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.

Summary:As an Application Developer for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using SAP HCM Payroll. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP HCM Payroll solutions to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements.

Configure and customize SAP HCM Payroll modules to meet business requirements.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders on SAP HCM Payroll solutions.

Ensure the quality and integrity of SAP HCM Payroll solutions through testing and validation.

Must To Have Skills:

Expertise in SAP HCM Payroll.

Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HR, and SAP Time Management.

Strong understanding of SAP HCM Payroll modules and their integration with other SAP modules.

Experience in configuring and customizing SAP HCM Payroll modules to meet business requirements.

Solid grasp of SAP HCM Payroll testing and validation techniques.

Experience in providing technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders on SAP HCM Payroll solutions.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP HCM Payroll solutions.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
